The questions we hear most about identity verification, registering an organization and the privacy of your data.
Verification confirms that the account belongs to a real person. You need it to register a business account, to accept an invitation to join an organization as an employee, and to get advocate or mediator status.
Identity verification is available to users aged 18 and over.
You will be asked for your PIN to view your passport details and to send the request.
A Docx administrator reviews the request. The current status is always shown on the Identity documents page, and you will get a notification about the decision.
If the request is rejected, the same page shows the reason: correct your details and send a new request. You can cancel a pending request before it is reviewed.
Document photos are stored encrypted. Only an administrator with the right to review requests can see them. Other users and organizations cannot.
Even in your own account, your passport details open only after you confirm your PIN.
Verified passport details cannot be edited. On the Identity documents page press "Identity document replacement", choose the reason, fill in the new details and send photos of the new document.
You also need to verify again when the document has expired or when your name, surname or passport details change.
An administrator checks the certificate against the Chamber of Advocates or Ministry of Justice records. Professional status is available to users aged 18 and over.
The business account is created right away and the organization's workspace opens. DOCX Drive is created automatically.
A law office can be registered by a user with verified advocate status, and a mediator office by a verified mediator. First complete professional verification.
Once your status is approved, open the registration page for a law office or a mediator office and fill in the office details. No further approval is needed.
Note that a professional office cannot later become a regular organization.
Yes, as an authorized representative. In the registration form choose "Authorized representative" and enter the director's or founder's username.
The director or founder must have a Docx account with verified identity. By registering you confirm that you are authorized to represent the organization.
Only one business account can be registered per tax ID. If the organization is already registered, ask its manager to invite you as an employee.
If you think someone unrelated registered the organization, write to us.
An individual user has no public page on Docx. Your data can be seen only by:
Your passport details, document photos and personal documents are not shown to other users unless you share them yourself.
The organization list shows only organizations registered on Docx. A public page shows the organization's name, description and contacts. You can hide the email and phone in the office settings, under "Public contact visibility".
The details on an advocate or mediator page come from public registries, not from your personal account. Your passport details and account contacts are not published there.
